Privacy policy
The website limits personal-data collection to what is strictly necessary to respond to enquiries and secure the contact form.
Data collected
The form collects a name, email address, optional phone number and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle the enquiry; without them, Seleccio will not be able to respond. The server and security service may also process the IP address, request date and time, browser or user-agent, and signals needed to detect bots.
Purposes and legal bases
Form information is used only to handle the enquiry and follow up on the exchange, on the basis of steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract when a service is requested, or Seleccio’s legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries. Technical data is processed on the basis of Seleccio’s legitimate interest in securing the website and preventing abuse. The form is not used for automated decision-making or automated marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile analyses technical signals such as the IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, sitekey and associated origin in order to distinguish people from bots. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the contents of form fields. Its mechanisms are strictly necessary for this security function.
Recipients and transfers
Form data is intended for authorised persons within Seleccio. OVH SAS provides hosting and email services, while Cloudflare provides anti-bot verification. As Cloudflare is established in the United States, technical data may be transferred internationally under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
Retention
Messages are not stored in a website database. They are sent to Seleccio by email and retained for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is entered into or a legal obligation requires a different period. Pseudonymous anti-abuse counters are deleted within forty-eight hours.
Cookies and trackers
No advertising cookie or audience measurement tool is installed. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only on the contact page to secure the form; its strictly necessary mechanisms are not used for advertising by Seleccio.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and, depending on the applicable legal basis, object to its processing or exercise your right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL. The contact details for exercising these rights and the controller’s full identity must be confirmed in the legal notice before the website goes live.
